A must-visit place in Hannam-dong is BUZZA PIZZA (부자피자). This time, I tried the Caesar Salad, Buza Classica Pizza, and Melanzane al Forno (가지멜란자네). Let me introduce the charm of each menu.

As soon as I entered the store, I was impressed by the stylish interior and cozy atmosphere! The modern yet warm lighting was impressive. It was crowded on a weekend evening, but the staff welcomed me kindly, and I sat down comfortably.

🥗 Caesar Salad – Full of Freshness!

The first dish, Caesar Salad, stood out with its clean plating and fresh ingredients. Crispy romaine lettuce was topped with creamy dressing, crunchy croutons, and plenty of Parmesan cheese.
The combination of the creamy dressing and fresh vegetables stimulated my appetite.

Buza Classicais a pizza that is true to its basics, with fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil on a thin, crispy crust.
The crispness and chewy texture were superb when I took a bite. The refreshing tomato sauce and soft cheese created a truly classic Italian pizza.

🍆 Melanzane al Forno (가지멜란자네) – A New Discovery of Eggplant Dishes

Melanzane al Forno (가지멜란자네)is an Italian dish with soft eggplant as the main ingredient, baked with savory tomato sauce and cheese.
The soft texture of the eggplant and the richness of the cheese created a deep flavor that filled my mouth. Even those who don't like eggplant would like this dish.
